In the present disclosure, a recombinant engineered strain capable of producing terrequinone A having anti-cancer activity is obtained by separately constructing recombinant plasmids pC02 and pU03 through the eight genes and transforming the two recombinant plasmids into E. coli. The content of terrequinone A in a fermentation broth thereof is 106.3 mg/L, which has potential application value in the biopharmaceutical field.

The combined vaccine includes; a first composition including an immunologically effective dosage of a replication-deficient human adenovirus type 26 vector contains a nucleotide encoding an antigenic protein of RSV and a pharmaceutically acceptable vector; and a second composition including an immunologically effective dosage of a replication-deficient chimpanzee adenovirus type 63 vector contains a nucleotide encoding an antigenic protein of RSV and a pharmaceutically acceptable vector. The first composition is a primary immunization composition and the second composition is a booster immunization composition, or vice versa. In the present disclosure, the combined vaccine is used for inducing a protective immunity against RSV infection, and a method is provided for generating the protective immunity against RSV infection.

The method combines different storage containers with different storage years, improving the aging and storage effect and the quality of the Jiang-flavor raw liquor in a targeted manner.

A relationship is established between a thickness of an electrode plate, distribution of lithium cobalt oxide with a structure of different contents of element aluminum, and full battery cycling performance. That is, based on a thickness of the electrode plate, lithium cobalt oxide with an appropriate content of the element aluminum is selected, and distribution in a thickness direction of the positive electrode plate is changed, so that the content of Al in the thickness direction of the electrode plate generally presents a distribution trend of less content of Al in a bottom layer and more content of Al in a top layer. In this way, a problem of deterioration of high temperature cycling of a lithium-ion battery due to decreased structural stability of existing lithium cobalt oxide may be solved.
