    Abstract: A charging apparatus includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a switch unit, a control unit, and a communication unit. The switch unit is turned on or turned off to control whether the first terminal is coupled to the second terminal. The control unit sets a first time from the switch unit receiving a control signal to the switch unit actually being turned on or turned off. The control unit and the electric vehicle mutually transmit a communication signal through the communication unit. The control unit calculates a second time when the current reaches to a zero point based on an abnormal state indicated by the communication signal, and calculates a third time when the switch unit operates at the zero point based on the first time and the second time, and provides the control signal to turn off the switch unit at the third time.

    Abstract: A charging apparatus for use with an electric vehicle includes a power transmission path, a switch, a first controller, a communication unit, and a second controller. The switch is disposed on the power transmission path. The communication unit is coupled to a second connection port. The first controller is coupled to the power transmission path, the switch, the second controller, and the communication unit. When the second controller receives a first request from a power management system and correspondingly notifies the first controller, the first controller switches from a first signal to a second signal to communicate with the electric vehicle and turns off the switch, and when the first controller receives a first EV notification provided from the electric vehicle, the controller turns on the switch.

    Abstract: A dust collector includes a casing, a fan, a filtering element, an electric field generator and an electrostatic precipitator. The casing includes an inlet, an outlet and a channel. The channel is arranged between the inlet and the outlet. An ambient airflow is introduced into the channel through the inlet by the fan. Moreover, portions of suspended particles in the airflow are filtered off by the filtering element. The electric field generator generates an electric field. The suspended particles passing through the electric field generator have a first electrical polarity. The electrostatic precipitator has a second electrical polarity, wherein the first electrical polarity and the second electrical polarity are opposite. The suspended particles with the first electrical polarity are adsorbed by the electrostatic precipitator.
