    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for reestablishment at packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer. On the receiving side of the PDCP layer, the method comprises: clearing resident control messages (501); processing resident service messages, and clearing feedback information generated during processing (502); and resetting a decompressor, and updating configuration of a decryption module (503). On the transmitting side of the PDCP layer, the method comprises: resetting a compressor, and updating configuration of an encryption module; clearing the resident control messages; and reprocessing the resident service messages. With the differentiated processing for the resident messages at the PDCP layer during the reestablishment, the present invention can avoid the abnormal mode switching of the compressor, and accelerate the user plane restoration after the reestablishment.

In one embodiment, the at least one metal compound may be injected into a perlite expander to form a metal compound coated perlite material. In another embodiment, the at least one metal compound may be applied through a low temperature coating process to the at least one particulate mineral material.     Abstract: Methods for altering the N-glycosylation pattern of proteins in higher plants are provided. The methods comprise introducing into the plant a recombinant RNAi construct that provides for the inhibition of expression of ?1,3-fucosyltransferase (FucT) and ?1,2-xylosyltransferase (XylT) in a plant. Use of these RNAi constructs to inhibit or suppress expression of both of these enzymes, and isoforms thereof, advantageously provides for the production of endogenous and heterologous proteins having a “humanized” N-glycosylation pattern without impacting plant growth and development. Stably transformed higher plants having this protein N-glycosylation pattern are provided. Glycoprotein compositions, including monoclonal antibody compositions, having substantially homogeneous glycosylation profiles, and which are substantially homogeneous for the G0 glycoform, are also provided.

    Abstract: A method for improving the uniformity of high-frequency discharge plasma by means of frequency modulation is disclosed. In a plasma discharge chamber, there is a pair of parallel electrodes. A high-frequency power supply is adopted to feed the electrodes. The frequency range of the electromagnetic field is 13.56 MHz˜160 MHz. Discharge gas is input to form plasma. The frequency of the fed-in high-frequency electromagnetic field is under automatic tuning control, and keeps changing cyclically without stop in the course of plasma discharge. The range of the frequency change may fall into either a portion of or the entire range of 13.56 MHz˜160 MHz and makes the locations with higher plasma density on the plane in parallel with the electrodes and in the plasma discharge space changed cyclically. In a time slot longer than one frequency change cycle, the average plasma density between the parallel electrodes is uniform.

    Abstract: A pulse tube cryocooler modulating phase via an inertance tube and an acoustic amplifier (A1, A2) provided in the pulse tube cryocooler are disclosed. The acoustic power amplifier (A1, A2) is made of a metal pulse tube (PT1, PT2) filled with regenerative materials, which are located at a distance of X from the hot end of the pulse tube. The length of the regenerative materials is L which meets the requirement of X?L>0. The acoustic power amplifier (A1, A2) can be used not only in a single-stage pulse tube cryocooler, but also in a multi-stage pulse tube cryocooler thermally coupled or gas coupled. The regenerative materials may be any cold storage materials applicable at low temperatures, such as stainless steel wire mesh, lead pellet, lead thread et al. The acoustic power amplifier (A1, A2) can increase the acoustic power at the hot end of the pulse tube (PT1, PT2), which is advantageous to the phase modulation of the inertance tube, thereby the properties of the pulse tube cryocooler can be enhanced.

    Abstract: In a method for making an anion electrolyte membrane, an inorganic nano-powder is uniformly dispersed in an organic solvent to form a mixture. A fluorinated poly(aryl ether) ionomer is dissolved in the mixture to form a first solution. An active component is further dissolved in the first solution to form a second solution. A crosslinking catalyst is added to the second solution to form a membrane casting solution. The membrane casting solution is coated on a substrate to form a membrane, and the coated substrate is heated. Then, the membrane is peeled from the substrate.

    Abstract: A method for making lithium iron phosphate is provided. In the method, an alkali is reacted with a ferric salt in water to form a red colored ferric hydroxide precipitate in the water. The red colored ferric hydroxide precipitate is mixed with deionized water, organic solvent, and emulsifier to form an water-in-oil emulsion. The phosphoric acid solution and iron metal powder are added to the water-in-oil emulsion to form ferrous hydrogen phosphate. A lithium source is introduced to the water-in-oil emulsion and reacted with the ferrous hydrogen phosphate to form a precursor in the water-in-oil emulsion. The precursor is heated in a protective gas at a heating temperature in a range from about 600° C. to about 800° C. to form lithium iron phosphate.

A crosslink component is added to the ionomer solution, to achieve a transparent solution. A crosslink catalyst is mixed with the sol-gel mixture to form a membrane casting solution. The membrane casting solution is coated on a substrate to form a membrane, and heated.
