    Abstract: A liquid crystal display unit including a pixel unit and a quasi-isotropic liquid crystal layer with Kerr effect is provided. The pixel unit includes sub-pixel units, each sub-pixel unit at least has a first transmissive region and a second transmissive region. Each sub-pixel unit includes a switch, a pixel electrode, and a common electrode. Each pixel electrode has first stripe patterns. The common electrode has second stripe patterns, wherein the first stripe patterns and the second stripe patterns are arranged alternately.     Abstract: An integrated circuit for driving high-voltage LED lamps is applied to a rectified alternative current (AC) power and a plurality of LED stacks. The integrated circuit includes a control unit, a plurality of current-clamping units which electrically connect to the control unit and the LED stacks respectively, and a plurality of current-sensing units which electrically connect to the current-clamping units and the control unit. When the rectified power is switched on, the current-sensing unit constantly monitors the electrical current flowing through the respective current-clamping unit and feeds back the monitored data to the control unit. The control unit sequentially switches on or off the current-clamping units according to the combinatorial logic state of the monitored data.

    Abstract: An LCD panel driving method and device with charge sharing is disclosed. The LCD panel includes a plurality of switches, a plurality of data lines, a signal driving circuit for generating a plurality of image signals, a charge sharing common voltage driving circuit and a common capacitor having one end connected to the charge sharing common voltage driving circuit through a common voltage node. The method turns the switches on to thereby form the charge sharing common voltage driving circuit and the signal driving circuit as a short circuit, such that charges stored in the common capacitor flow into the data lines to drive the common voltage node to enter in an inverse phase state in order to sequentially turn the switches on and then off to accordingly sample the respective data lines.
