During access to the CMS by a user, the system uses the attributes to identify other users that are similar to the user. Next, the system uses attributes for the user and the other users to calculate a set of weighted ratings between the user and the features. Alternatively, the content source receives the proof of work from another content source and verifies the proof of work.
