    Abstract: A plurality of holes are formed extending vertically in a first dielectric deck that includes interleaved a plurality of first sacrificial layers and a plurality of first dielectric layers over a substrate. A plurality of sacrificial structures are formed in the holes. A second dielectric deck is formed having interleaved a plurality of second sacrificial layers and a plurality of second dielectric layers over the first dielectric deck. A slit opening is formed extending in the second dielectric deck, the slit opening aligned with and over the sacrificial source contact structures. The sacrificial structures are removed through the slit openings such that the slit opening is in contact with the holes to form a slit structure. A plurality of conductor layers are formed in the first and second dielectric decks through the slit structure, forming a memory stack. A source contact structure is formed in the slit structure.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a novel sp2-sp3 hybrid crystalline boron nitride and its preparation process. A novel sp2-sp3 hybrid crystalline boron nitride allotrope, named Gradia BN, is synthesized using sp2 or sp3 hybridized boron nitride as raw materials under high-temperature and high-pressure. The basic structural units of Gradia BN are composed of sp2 hybridized graphite-like structural units and sp3 hybridized diamond-like structural units. Gradia BN disclosed in the present disclosure is a class of new sp2-sp3 hybrid boron nitride allotrope, whose crystal structure can vary with the widths and/or crystallographic orientation relationships of internal sp2 and/or sp3 structural units, and may have variable physical properties.

    Abstract: A system maps and stores data in digital three-dimensional oscilloscope, wherein an ADC module has four ADC submodules. Four acquired waveform data are sent to an extraction module, and buffered in a FIFO module. When a trigger signal arrives, FIFO module outputs four extracted waveform data to a mapping address calculation module for calculating a mapping address and a RAM serial number for each point data, and the waveform data comparison and control module performs the reading and writing control of the 4×N dual port RAMs. When mapping number reaches a frame number, the RAM array module outputs its waveform probability values to the upper computer module to convert each value into RBG values, and the display module displays the waveforms of input signals of four channels on a screen according the RBG values.
