    Abstract: In one example, a video encoder divides a superblock of a video frame into subblocks. The dividing includes dividing the superblock according to a first and second partitioning schemes to generate a first and second combination of subblocks, respectively. The number of non-zero residuals in each subblock in the first and second combinations of subblocks is less than a corresponding threshold set for a size of the subblock. The encoder determines the subblocks for the superblock as the first combination of subblocks based on a first cost value associated with the first combination of subblocks being lower than a second cost value associated with the second combination of subblocks. The encoder further encodes the superblock into a video bitstream representing the video by encoding the subblocks.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a fluid measurement apparatus, including a pressure sensing element and a data processing element. The pressure sensing element is disposed in direct contact with a measured fluid, the pressure sensing element is a sealed element, and includes a first surface and a second surface that are disposed opposite to each other, the measured fluid directly impacts the first surface and the second surface, and pressure values generated when the first surface and the second surface are impacted by the measured fluid are detected. The data processing element is connected to the pressure sensing element, and a flow velocity and/or a flow rate of the measured fluid are/is calculated by using the pressure value detected by the pressure sensing element. The present invention resolves a problem that the fluid measurement apparatus cannot operate normally due to clogging of a pressure tap hole.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-wavelength spectral thermometry based on mobile narrow-band window and optimization and belongs to the field of thermal radiation temperature detection. A continuous spectrum of a thermal radiation object is collected by a spectrometer; the spectrum of the thermal radiation object is denoised, windowed and standardized; the whole detection wavelength range is traversed within an appropriate narrow-band window; through comparison with windowed and standardized black-body radiation spectra at different temperatures in a corresponding spectral window, the temperature and emissivity distribution of the thermal radiation object is calculated with high accuracy without depending on emissivity model estimation, and high universality and noise resistance are achieved.

    Abstract: A base station sends uplink transmission configuration information of an uplink channel resource and/or configuration information of a downlink control channel search space. Information carried in a downlink control channel of the downlink control channel search space includes downlink control information (DCI).
