    Abstract: A pulse processor includes a phase/pulse width sampler, a first calculator, a second calculator, a latching device, and a pulse width modulator. The phase/pulse width sampler generates an input direction signal, an input phase number and an input pulse width number according to a first signal and a second signal of the command pulse group. The first calculator is used for multiplying the input phase number by P/Q, thereby generating a target phase number, wherein P and Q are positive integers. The second calculator is used for multiplying the input pulse width number by Q/P, thereby generating a target pulse width number. The latching device receives the input direction signal and outputs a target direction signal. The pulse width modulator receives the target direction signal, the target phase number and the target pulse width number, and outputs a transferred pulse group.

    Abstract: A video searching method includes: providing a database for storing the data of a video, wherein the data of the video includes the colors of at least a key frame; providing a searching interface for an user uploading a key picture; providing a recording unit for recording the colors of the key picture; providing a performing unit for comparing the colors of the key frame and the key picture to judge whether a similar color exists; the performing unit computing the value of the colors if there exists a similar color; the performing unit sifting the video by comparing a threshold value and the value of the colors; and the performing unit sorting the video by the value of the colors to obtain a result list. By comparing the value of the colors between the key picture and the key frame, the result list is simply and quickly obtained.

    Abstract: An adaptive dead time (ADT) control scheme for use with a switch mode power converter having a full bridge with synchronous rectifiers topology. A controller which implements the control scheme includes an input circuit arranged to receive a signal representative of the converter's output voltage, and an output circuit arranged to operate the converter's switching elements and synchronous rectifiers to produce a desired output voltage. The controller is further arranged such that the converter's “dead time” is adaptively varied in an inverse relationship to the magnitude of the load current. In a preferred embodiment, the signals used to operate the synchronous rectifiers are PWM signals, and the controller adaptively varies the dead time in a linear inverse relationship to the magnitude of the load current by modulating the rising and falling edges of the signals used to operate the synchronous rectifiers.

A Zr-rich amorphous alloy article made by the above-mentioned method is further provided.
