    Abstract: A target application instance in a plurality of application instances is configured to process a target service whose required latency is lower than a target threshold. A forwarding device is configured to receive a plurality of service requests from a user plane function network element, and preferentially forward a target service request that belongs to the target service to the target application instance. The target application instance is configured to process the received target service request. When the target service is a latency sensitive service, a multi-access edge computing network preferentially forwards the target service, so that the target service may be preferentially served, thereby meeting a latency requirement for processing the latency sensitive service by user equipment.

Based on the new data stream, the seizure machine learning model predicts a seizure likelihood in a prediction period.

The device performs pipeline management on an IO processing state by arranging hardware modules, which shares the huge workload during an original CPU software control process, and also reduces the requirements for CPU design. At the same time, processing logic of the pipeline controller is triggered by the module calling sequence recorded in the IO state buffer, which may reduce the implementation power consumption and improve the implementation efficiency.

The method provided by the present invention effectively restores the mountain vegetation, and only needs 1-2 years of artificial maintenance after the restoration to form a cyclically stable ecosystem.
