The other end of the horizontal base is provided with a surrounding rock stress simulation bin for loading a rock sample. The multi-mode cutter head is connected to a driving mechanism, and the multi-mode cutter head is configured to advance and rotate horizontally along the horizontal base under the action of the driving mechanism, so that the jet-mechanical combined cutter is capable of acting on the rock sample.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method provide a barrier in the cooling airflow of a component of a computing device that, when the barrier is extended, impedes the airflow, thereby diverting excess cooling airflow from the component to a different component with a different flow path. In response to increased pressure from the airflow, the barrier retracts to permit a greater airflow. Embodiments respond to an increase or decrease in airflow without requiring additional control input and include barriers that deform or pivot in response to increased pressure to permit greater airflow.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional carrier stored trench IGBT and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A P-type buried layer and a split gate electrode with equal potential to an emitter metal is introduced on the basis of the traditional carrier stored trench IGBT, which can effectively eliminate the influence of an N-type carrier stored layer on breakdown characteristics of the device through the charge compensation, and at the same time can reduce the on-state voltage drop and improve the trade-off relationship between the on-state voltage drop Vceon and the turn-off loss Eoff. The split gate electrodes is introduced in the Z-axis direction, so that the gate electrodes are distributed at intervals. Therefore, the channel density is reduced. The turning on of the parasitic PMOS has a potential-clamping effect on the NMOS channel, so that the saturation current can be reduced and a wider short-circuit safe operating area (SCSOA) can be obtained.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a microcapsule powder stable in gastric acid, a method for preparing the same and use thereof. The microcapsule powder comprises a core material and a capsule material coated outside the core material, wherein the capsule material has a melting point of greater than 42° C., and the capsule material does not decompose or dissolve under the action of protease and gastric acid, but decomposes under the action of intestinal digestive enzymes. The core material is coated with the capsule material in the microcapsule powder, thus achieving high-efficiency coating of the core material by a single component. The microcapsule powder achieves conventional intragastric stability as well as favorable stability in an open environment at room temperature, thus solving the problem that the conventional embedding solution may only achieve intragastric stability, but the stability in an open environment at room temperature is low.

    Abstract: A split gate carrier stored trench bipolar transistor (CSTBT) with current clamping PMOS include a P-type buried layer and a split gate electrode with equal potential to an emitter metal on the basis of the traditional CSTBT, which effectively eliminates the influence of an N-type carrier stored layer on breakdown characteristics of the device through the charge compensation effect, and helps to improve the trade-off relationship between the on-state voltage drop and the turn-off loss. In addition, the split gate CSTBT integrating the split gate electrode and gate electrode in the same trench can shorten the distance between PMOS and NMOS channels.

    Abstract: An approach is disclosed that determines an amount of time before a webpage is ready to use by a user by performing various actions. The approach captures a recording of the webpage from an invocation of the webpage for a period of time sufficient to load completely load the webpage with the capturing resulting in sequenced image frames. An AI system provides a loading point in the sequenced image frames based on an analysis of the frames input to the trained AI system. Image diversity and saturation measurements are calculated on consecutive image frames from the sequenced image frames resulting in an image change analysis. Native webpage events and times are detected from webpage characteristics gathered from the captured digital recording. The amount of time is then calculated based on the loading point from the AI system, the image change analysis; and the webpage events and their corresponding times.
