    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a circuit and method for expanding the lock range of injection-locked oscillators. The circuit includes N injection-locked oscillators and a lock detector, where the lock detector includes an alignment monitor, a clock selector, and N self-samplers. A pulse reference signal is inputted into the N injection-locked oscillators, and the output of each injection-locked oscillator is connected to the clock selector and the corresponding self-sampler. The self-samplers sample the outputs of the N injection-locked oscillators and output the sampling results to the alignment monitor. The alignment monitor monitors the sampling results, determines the locking conditions of the injection-locked oscillators, and turns off the unlocked oscillators. The clock selector selects a locked oscillator and transmits the output of the locked oscillator as a system lock.

The method of the disclosure includes: Step I, building a structure of the hysteresis model of the piezoceramics; Step II, determining parameters of the hysteresis model of the piezoceramics; Step III, obtaining a great amount of simulation data by using simulation software; Step IV, performing deep learning training based on Koopman operators; and Step V, determining a linearization model for the hysteresis model of the piezoceramics based on Koopman operators. The disclosure is applicable to piezoelectric actuator control and precision positioning.

Two signal input ends of a two-phase pseudo full bridge inverter are connected to a power grid, and two signal output ends of the two-phase pseudo full bridge inverter are respectively connected to two signal input ends of a matching circuit; and the output ends of the matching circuit are respectively connected to a two-phase ultrasonic motor.

    Abstract: An electrically assisted forming process and device for a high-strength metal alloy thin-walled pipe includes a die sleeve, wiring terminals, a pulse power supply, a die seat, sealing baffle plates, a drawing die, and a cooling water circulation chamber. A process for forming a high-strength metal alloy thin-walled pipe includes first, graphite or fusible metal, i.e., an aluminum rod, is introduced into a high-strength metal alloy pipe to be drawn to fill the whole pipe; and then, pulse current is introduced into a plastic deformation area of the thin-walled pipe. A cooling device can be provided to achieve a good cooling effect. The thin-walled pipe with corresponding length is cut according to a production requirement after processing is completed, and annealing treatment is performed in a vacuum heat treatment furnace.
