    Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a semiconductor on insulator (SOI) substrate, a first electrically conductive structure, and a second electrically conductive structure. The SOI substrate includes a base substrate, a buried insulation layer disposed on the base substrate, a semiconductor layer disposed on the buried insulation layer, and a trap rich layer disposed between the buried insulation layer and the base substrate. At least a part of the first electrically conductive structure and at least a part of the second electrically conductive structure are disposed in the trap rich layer. A part of the trap rich layer is disposed between the first electrically conductive structure and the second electrically conductive structure. The first electrically conductive structure, the second electrically conductive structure, and the trap rich layer disposed between the first electrically conductive structure and the second electrically conductive structure are at least a portion of an anti-fuse structure.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for reference voltage adjustment for word line groups are described. In some examples, one or more components of a memory system may determine a duration that data has been stored to one or more memory cells. Based on the duration, a voltage value of one or more reference voltages may be adjusted accordingly. For example, a voltage value of one or more reference voltages may be adjusted based on the duration. Moreover, the reference voltage values may be adjusted differently in response to the memory cells having stored data for a relatively longer duration, as opposed to memory cells that have stored data for a relatively shorter duration. The adjusted reference voltages may be used during a subsequent read operation. The voltage value of the one or more reference voltages may be adjusted on a word-line group by word-line group basis.

A system configured to allow a memory device to group or segment a memory block into two or more sub-memory blocks, which can be independently programmed is described herein. For example, a host system may determine a configuration of a memory array, and communicate the configuration information to the memory system, and transmit a command for an operation to the memory system. In some examples, the memory system may utilize the memory array configuration information and determine to segment the blocks of memory cells into sub-blocks. By segmenting the memory block into sub-blocks, the memory device may maintain its memory block density while supporting efficient programming of blocks of the memory array.

In an embodiment, for each of at least a subset of the set of CT slices, the system inputs the CT slice into a plurality of branches of a trained segmentation block. Each branch of the segmentation block includes a convolutional neural network (CNN) with filters at a different scale, and produces a plurality of levels of output. The system generates, for each CT slice in the subset, feature maps for each level of output. The system generates a segmentation of each CT slice in the subset based on the feature maps of each level of output. The system aggregates the segmentations of each slice in the subset to generate a three-dimensional segmentation of the lesion. The system provides data representing the three-dimensional segmentation for display.
