The prompt (125) provides a suggestion to replace, add or remove an intended recipient. The defined recipient groups include one or more of groups of recipients formed from an organization data structure (122), groups of recipients defined by a user, and groups of recipients (126) mined from one or more user's previous email correspondence.

Abstract: System and method for generating a communication history for a plurality of participants corresponding to one or more collaborative systems are disclosed. The method includes searching a collector-database for one or more communication instances corresponding to the plurality of participants in one or more collaborative systems. The collector-database stores information corresponding to each communication instance for one or more collaborative systems. Thereafter, one or more communication instances are collated corresponding to one or more collaborative systems to form collated communication instances. The collated communication instances are collated for the plurality of participants. The method further includes, presenting the collated communication instances corresponding to one or more collaborative system as the communication history for the plurality of participants.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for identification of input sequences is provided. The method monitors a plurality of commands received by an input device of a computer, analyzes the commands to identify a sequence thereof, and responsive to the identification of the sequence, determines a response action for execution by the computer. The apparatus includes a sequence tracker unit to track a selected sequence for identification from a plurality of commands received by an input device, a logic unit to analyze the selected sequence, a first database of a plurality of identified sequences, each of the identified sequences are coupled to at least one known response action, and a response action determination unit to determine a response action to the selected sequence, if the selected sequence is not coupled to the known response action in the database, or if the selected sequence is couple to a plurality of known response actions.

Abstract: A method and system for managing files in a file system is provided. The method and system generate a signature of a file, the signature storing a plurality of characteristics of the file. The method and system then delete the file from the file system, and enable searching for a substantially identical copy of the file based on the characeristics stored on said signature. The method and system may be used to determine the probability of finding a substantially identical copy of a file prior to deleting said file from a file system, by searching for at least one copy of the file, and calculating a rating of the probability of finding the substantially identical copy of the file based on the results of the search.
