  • Publication number: 20080114618
Abstract: A computer-implemented system for patient information management, including at least one database having a plurality of data fields populated with patient data, clinician data, physician data, healthcare provider data, device data, medical data, health data, presentation data, identification data, administrator data, or any combination thereof. The system provides a patient information interface in communication with the at least one database for selectively and dynamically presenting data fields to the users that are configured for access to the interface. A set of program instructions is configured to facilitate communication of data between at least one patient device and the system. A communication for patient information management and a method of facilitating the secure transmission of data of a patient device over a network to a patient management system are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20040148676
Abstract: A security suit to contain the wearer and prevent removal. The suit comprises a body that extends over the torso of the wearer and includes an opening formed by a first edge and a second edge. A plurality of receivers are positioned on the edges adjacent to the opening. A strap is sized to fit through the receivers and secure the strap. The suit is positionable between open and closed orientations. In the open orientation, the opening is enlarged with the edges separated to allow the wearer to enter and exit the suit. In the closed orientation, the opening is closed with the edges adjacently positioned. In the closed orientation, the receivers align such that the strap can extend through. The strap is secured in the closed orientation by lock, knot, or other manner.

  • Patent number: 5823022
Abstract: A lock and keeper assembly are employed to secure a pickup truck tailgate against theft. A conventional keeper is modified by flattening its bight region. The flattened bight is placed into capturing relation to a transversely disposed, inwardly extending protrusion formed in a side wall of the pickup truck adjacent the tailgate. A transversely disposed, outwardly extending hollow, "C"-shaped axle integral with the tailgate receives the protrusion, so the flattened bight and the lock body cooperate to trap the protrusion within the hollow axle. The hollow axle cannot be separated from the protrusion without first defeating the lock.
