    Abstract: A support device (2) is provided for supporting an article in a required position following inversion of the article. The device includes outer fame means defining an interior cavity into which at least a part of the article is located in use, and inner support means associated with the frame means for supporting the article located therein in a required position. The support means are capable of undergoing rotational movement, thereby allowing rotation of said article to the inverted position.
