    Abstract: A device for wrapping a bale of ruminant animal feedstuff and injecting it with a chemical treatment, comprising a frame carried by a tractor, and a turntable with spikes thereon on the frame for holding a bale off the ground and rotating it relative to the frame. The device is equipped for holding a supply of wrapping material and for rotating the turntable and a bale thereon with the wrapping material attached to the bale, whereby the wrapping material is wrapped around the bale as the bale rotates with the turntable. The device is also equipped for injecting chemical treatment from a source on the tractor into the bale.A method of injecting a chemical treatment into a bale is also disclosed.
