Abstract: A build plate assembly for a three-dimensional printer includes: a lighting panel having individually addressable pixels configured to selectively emit light and/or transmit light from illumination below the pixels to a top surface top surface of the lighting panel; a rigid, optically transparent, gas-impermeable planar screen or base having an upper surface having an uneven surface topology and a lower surface that is affixed to the top surface of the lighting panel; and a flexible, optically transparent, gas-permeable sheet having upper and lower surfaces, the upper surface comprising a build surface for forming a three-dimensional object, the sheet lower surface positioned opposite the base, wherein the build plate is configured to permit gas flow to the build surface.

Abstract: A method of developing a motivation to motivate participants associated with a program-owner. The reward types of a motivation profile are defined and the participants' preferences are collected through a survey. The collected participants' preferences are modeled to determine segments of participants with similar reward preferences. An optimal motivation profile consisting of the participants' preferred reward types is generated from the modeled data and presented to the program owner in a detailed report. Additionally, a motivation profile simulator for simulating the participants' preference to a proposed motivation profile and a segmentation tool for displaying the characteristics of each segment is generated.

Abstract: 1?-substituted cannabinoid derivatives of delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, and delta-6a-10a-tetrahydrocannabinol that have affinity for the cannabinoid receptor type-1 (CB-1) and/or cannabinoid receptor type-2 (CB-2). Compounds having activity as either agonists or antagonists of the CB-1 and/or CB-2 receptors can be used for treating CB-1 or CB-2 mediated conditions.
