    Abstract: An auxilliary automobile headlight and taillight switching system which is responsive to the operation of the windshield wiper motor and the vehicle alternator for controlling the energization of the low beam headlights and taillights. The system includes a relay circuit which includes a single relay connected under the hood of the vehicle across the wiper motor, so that when the alternator is operating a current will be developed through the coil sufficient to energize the relay to connect the low beam headlights and taillights directly to the automobile battery.
