    Abstract: An apparatus for permitting, and limiting the extent of, tilting and rotating of a display monitor. The apparatus is made up of a top portion and a bottom portion. The top and bottom portions are connectable though a key and lock arrangement and have spherical mating contoured surfaces. The mating contoured surfaces permit the tilting and rotating of the monitor. Located on the bottom portion is a projection for engaging the top portion and limiting the extent of rotation of the monitor. The key and lock arrangement includes a lock in the bottom portion for cooperating with a key on the top portion to control the extent of tilting of the monitor. In addition, the top portion has outwardly and downwardly extending wings for limiting vibration of the monitor.
