Abstract: A posture correcting tool surrounding a player while performing a swing practice having an adjustable freestanding body unit adapted to provide position feedback to a player relative to the player's sway during a golf swing, with two substantially vertical telescoping legs and a substantially horizontal buttocks bar slidably and moveably connected between the first and second telescoping legs, an adjustable freestanding head unit independent of the body unit and disposed opposite the adjustable freestanding body unit, having a telescoping substantially horizontal head bar connected to an adjustable substantially vertical head bar support that further engages a third weighted foot plate connected to the adjustable substantially vertical head bar support.
