Publication number: 20260000198Abstract: A method for installing a cabinet on a wall-mounted cleat hanger is disclosed herein. The method comprises: providing a cabinet having right, left, upper, lower, and rear panels defining a cavity; the cabinet having a first elongated recess in a rear-exterior edge of the right-panel extending vertically from substantially near the upper panel to substantially near the lower-panel, and a second elongated recess in a rear exterior edge of the left panel extending vertically from substantially near the upper panel to substantially near the lower panel. Each recess includes an upper surface angled toward the cavity and a lower surface angled diagonally down and toward the cavity. The method further includes aligning the first elongated recess and the second elongated recess with the wall cleat hanger and engaging the wall cleat hanger with the first elongated recess and the second elongated recess to support the cabinet on the wall.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 8, 2025Publication date: January 1, 2026Inventor: Bobby Farjamrad

Patent number: 12408752Abstract: The invention is generally a cabinet hanging system that, in exemplary embodiments, includes a wall cleat hanger and at least one cabinet. The at least one cabinet has a plurality of recesses on its rear exterior edge that are substantially similar to the same shape of the wall cleat hanger. The recesses allow a user to hang the cabinets on their wall without needing to fasten the cabinets to the wall cleat hanger or the wall. This invention alleviates the burden of complicated cabinet systems installations while simultaneously allowing the user to install the cabinet system without the assistance of another person. In an exemplary embodiment, the cabinet has a first elongated recess and a second elongated recess. Terminal cabinets replace one elongated recess with a finished panel and a wall cleat. The wall cleat allows terminal cabinets to securely rest on the wall cleat hanger.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2021Date of Patent: September 9, 2025Assignee: PRIME TECH CABINETS, INC.Inventor: Bobby Farjamrad

Publication number: 20240197072Abstract: The invention involves a method for converting a cabinet into a wheelchair accessible space, involving a retractable shelf with anterior, intermediate, and posterior panels. The method includes detaching the anterior panel from the cabinet's support component by removing a screw, folding the anterior panel towards the cabinet's posterior, and laying it parallel on the intermediate panel. Subsequently, the intermediate panel is folded onto the posterior panel, with the anterior panel stacked on top, revealing a wheelchair accessible area. The retractable shelf, initially in an expanded position, features hinged connections allowing parallel folding of the panels. The method is designed for universal installation within the cabinet, obviating the need for complete de-installation or re-installation.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 23, 2024Publication date: June 20, 2024Inventor: Bobby Farjamrad

Patent number: 11930921Abstract: The invention involves a system and method for retrofitting a cabinet to accommodate wheelchair accessibility, which employs a retractable shelf configured to expand and retract for concealing and revealing a wheelchair accessible space. In exemplary embodiments, the retractable shelf is situated between the left panel and the right panel and in proximity to a floor space of the cabinet, wherein the retractable shelf is configured to retract and expand to reveal or conceal the wheelchair accessible space. The retractable shelf may include a plurality of panels hingedly coupled together, such as a posterior panel and an anterior panel, some of the panels configured to fold, such that at least one of the plurality of panels folds on top of the posterior panel in order to reveal or conceal the wheelchair accessible space. The invention allows retrofitting of any type of cabinet for wheelchair accessibility.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 2021Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: Prime Tech Cabinets, Inc.Inventor: Bobby Farjamrad
