  • Publication number: 20240092580
Abstract: A system and method using the system are disclosed which involve the displacement of loads in a storing area. The system comprises an automatically guided vehicle (AGV) for detecting and moving loads to store or to retrieve, and a set of rails elevated from the ground and supporting the loads. The AGV is configured to move under the rails. Computer vision or any other related detection system are provided to autonomously find the way for the AGV in combination with a control unit. The method computes AGV's path to retrieve or store a load, or alternative path to avoid obstacles, or remove itself from the path of another automatically guided vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10745205
Abstract: A drive member for a cage of a spiral conveyor, the drive member comprising a cage-bar and an engagement member. The cage-bar comprises a ridge extending along a longitudinal axis of the cage-bar, the ridge being adapted to mate with an inner side of a conveyor belt. The cage-bar has a conical shape and a driving ridge in a single part with coating to protect against wear. At the belt entrance of the spiral conveyor, the sanitary monopiece direct drive cage-bar have an UHMW (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight) polyethylene bloc overlapped to help engagement of the belt as specified by manufacturer of the belt. The custom bended shape of the cage-bar allows using several different conical angles to reduce belt tension. The monopiece cage-bar also allows applications where great temperature changes are required because the thermal dilatation will not causes gap in the driving ridge.

  • Patent number: 10624520
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pan cleaner system. The pan cleaner system comprises a main frame adapted to house a supply system, an inverting system and a cleaning system. The supply system, the inverting system and the cleaning system are configured to form a synchronized continuous functional line beginning by the supply system receiving a pan to be cleaned and ending by the cleaning system releasing a clean pan. The supply system comprises a first conveyor adapted to guide the pans towards the inverting and the cleaning systems. In one embodiment, the inverting system comprises a second conveyor adapted to magnetically hold the pans during the transport and the cleaning process. The pan cleaner system further comprises a releasing system adapted to release the pans from the magnetic conveyor once the cleaning process has been completed.
