Abstract: The present invention relates to an aid for making it easier to knit by hand, and more particularly to an aid for knitting a band accessory by hand. The hand knitting aid includes: a main body which is formed in the form of a plate; a fixing portion which is formed on one upper portion of the main body and fixes one end of yarn for a band accessory; a holder which is formed on one lower side portion of the main body and spaced from the fixing portion and aligns and fixes the other end of the yarn for a band accessory in accordance with a pattern of the band accessory; and an elastic pressing portion which elastically presses the holder and provides a constant tension to the yarn for a band accessory.
