    Abstract: The present invention provides a resin composition for an anti-reflective film comprising hollow aluminosilicate particles, a binder resin, a solvent, and an additive, in which the hollow aluminosilicate particles have a Si/Al molar ratio of 7 to 15, surfaces of which are modified with a silane compound having a specific structure or a non-reactive resin, and the additive comprises a phosphoric acid-based dispersant, an anti-reflective film formed therefrom, and a solid-state imaging device having the anti-reflective film. The resin composition for an anti-reflective film according to the present invention exhibits a low refractive index, suppresses crack during film formation, provides excellent film flatness, prevents particle aggregation and foreign matter generation, inhibits moisture adsorption under high temperature and humidity conditions, and blocks moisture permeation by developers and strippers, as well as exhibits excellent particle size stability and sedimentation stability.
