    Abstract: This invention provides a method of dispersing a fluoroplastic in a polymer composition. The method comprises the steps of comminuting the fluoroplastic to a uniform dispersion, admixing with the fluoroplastic a finely divided solid adherent material that will coat at least a portion of said fluoroplastic to form a coated fluoroplastic and combining said coated fluoroplastic with a polymer using intensive mixing means.
