  • Publication number: 20260009905
Abstract: An optical tracking device includes a circuit substrate, a sensing light source, and a light diffuser. The sensing light source is electrically connected to the circuit substrate and configured to emit sensing light. The sensing light source is disposed between the light diffuser and the circuit substrate. The light diffuser includes a diffusion film and a light shielding layer. The diffusion film overlaps the sensing light source. The light shielding layer is disposed on the diffusion film and includes a transparent pattern. The transparent pattern overlaps the sensing light source.

  • Patent number: 12504473
Abstract: An apparatus and method for removing fixture effect are disclosed herein. The device processes the calibration scattering parameters of the 2×-Thru calibration fixture pair through a time domain algorithm. The algorithm consists of time domain gating and ringing data processing to obtain partial S-parameters corresponding to the fixtures on each side of the 2×-Thru calibration fixture pair. The resulting scattering parameters are then substituted into the Mason's gain formula together with other known calibrated scattering parameters to determine all scattering parameters corresponding to the fixture on each side. Finally, in the de-embedding method, the S-parameters of the overall structure and the S-parameters of the fixtures on each side are used to obtain the scattering parameters of the DUT, thereby removing the fixture effect caused by the test fixture pair.

  • Publication number: 20250271602
Abstract: An optical tracking device includes a circuit board, a sensing light source, a light shielding plate, and a light path reconstruction structure. The sensing light source is electrically connected to the circuit board and is configured to emit sensing light. The light shielding plate is disposed on the sensing light source, and the light path reconstruction structure overlaps the sensing light source. The light path reconstruction structure has a first surface facing the sensing light source and a second surface away from the sensing light source. The first surface has a first micro structure, and the second surface has a second micro structure. The sensing light passes through the first micro structure and the second micro structure in sequence after being emitted from the sensing light source.
