  • Publication number: 20070295410
Abstract: A discharge valve (100) of a compressor is disclosed. The discharge vlave (100) contains a spring-loaded valve body (120). Valve body (120) is preferably made of nonferrous metal like aluminum or magnesium and is coated by a covering (110) of uniform thickness, the covering (110) beeing preferably made of plastic material like polyetheretherketone (PEEK) by insertion molding. By that way a wear resistant and light-weight discharge valve is produced.

  • Patent number: 7294686
Abstract: Hematin, a hydroxyferriprotoporphyrin, is derivatized with one or more non-proteinaceous amphipathic groups. The derivatized hematin can serve as a mimic of horseradish peroxidase in polymerizing aromatic monomers, such as aromatic compounds. These derivatized hematins can also be used as catalysts in polymerizing aromatic monomers, and can exhibit significantly greater catalytic activity than underivatized hematin in acidic solutions. In one embodiment, polymerization is in the presence of a template, along which aromatic monomers align. An assembled hematin includes alternating layers of hematin and a polyelectrolyte, which are deposited on an electrically charged substrate. Assembled hematin can also be used to polymerize aromatic monomers.

  • Publication number: 20060170292
Abstract: Disclosed is a stator of reciprocating motor comprising: a stator including two lamination assemblies formed accordingly as a plurality of lamination sheets are stacked as a cylindrical shape or a circular are shape; and a mover inserted into an air gap between said two lamination assemblies and linearly reciprocating. In the stator, the lamination sheets constituting the lamination assembly are thicker at an outer circumference side of the lamination assembly than at an inner circumference said thereof. According to this, a path of a flux applied to the lamination assembly is maximized thus to minimize a resistance of the flux.

  • Patent number: 7056106
Abstract: A discharge valve apparatus for a reciprocating compressor comprises a discharge cover having built-in volume so as to cover a front end surface of the cylinder; a discharge valve disposed so as to be contacted/separated to/from the front end surface of the cylinder by a piston which undergoes a reciprocating movement inside the cylinder; and a valve spring having both ends respectively adhered to rear side of the discharge valve and to inner surface of the discharge cover so as to elastically support the rear side of the discharge valve. A rotation radius of the valve spring of a conical type is formed to be gradually reduced or increased so that impacts of a part to other parts during the compression can be prevented. Accordingly, when the valve spring is compressed in accordance with the compression and discharge strokes of the piston, the impacting noise caused by the impacts of the respective parts in the valve spring can be prevented previously.

  • Publication number: 20050235481
Abstract: A mover assembly of a reciprocating motor includes: a mover body disposed at a gap between an inner stator and an outer stator; permanent magnets fixed at an outer circumferential surface of the mover body and reciprocally moved together with the mover body in a direction of an induction magnetic field between the inner stator and the outer stator; and a mixed member made of a fiber and a resin to cover and fix the permanent magnets. The permanent magnets are arranged at an outer circumferential face of the mover body, covered with the mixed member obtained by mixing a fiber and a resin, and hardened to be fixed. Therefore, the permanent magnets can be firmly and easily fixed at the mover body. In addition, by molding the mover body with a non-magnetic and non-conductive material, leakage of the magnetic force of the permanent magnets can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 6913450
Abstract: A suction valve coupling structure for a reciprocating compressor is disclosed in which a piston being linearly moved in a cylinder upon receipt of driving force from an electric mechanism unit, according to which gas flows through a gas flow passage formed therein, is coupled by welding to a valve for opening and closing the gas flow passage, thereby strengthening the coupling state of the suction valve. Since the coupling structure is simplified, a dead volume is reduced and a stroke volume is increased, improving compression efficiency. A stroke control of the piston is facilitated to enable a precise control of movement of the piston. In addition, a reliability of the coupling of the suction valve can be improved.
