A plurality of intermediate switching transistors are disposed in a boundary portion between two adjacent sub blocks in the vertical direction. Each of the plurality of intermediate switching transistors is selectively activated based on a program address during a program operation. The selectively activating each of the plurality of intermediate switching transistors includes selectively turning on one or more intermediate switching transistors in a selected cell string based on the program address.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the invention provides a safety cushion mat that includes an inner filler made of a synthetic resin expanded foam member, and a first sheet and a second sheet which cover an upper and a lower surface of the inner filler, respectively. The inner filler may have air outlets formed in its upper and lower surfaces in a particular pattern. The first sheet may include a first sheet body portion and a first edge portion, and the second sheet may include a second sheet body portion and a second edge portion. The second edge portion may be fused with the first edge portion of the first sheet. When the first sheet and the second sheet are fused onto both sides of the inner filler, any air remaining between the first and second sheets and the inner filler may be discharged through the air outlets of the inner filler.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a folding mat includes: suctioning a first film onto a lower mold, in which a downwardly concave slit groove is formed at one end of a cavity such that a portion of the first film forms a unit fold part; inserting the unit filler over the first film; disposing a second film on an upper side of the lower mold to cover the unit filler; attaching the edge parts of the first and the second films together by using an upper mold mating with the lower mold; trimming an attachment part of the unit mats thus fabricated; fusing the unit fold part of the unit mat with the unit fold part of an adjacent unit mat; and fusing the attachment part of one of the two unit mats thus connected with the attachment part or the unit fold part of another unit mat.
