Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved shape of a headwear, and more particularly, to an improved headwear manufactured to improve a productivity according to shorten a process time for manufacturing the headwear and prevent a wrinkle due to a sewing operation by adhering directly a crown part, a main body of the headwear without an existing sewing operation. The headwear according to the present invention is mainly constructed with a crown part, a main body of the headwear which is composed of a plurality of panels, a visor part attached to a front lower portion of the crown part and a headband attached to an inner peripheral bottom portion of the crown part, in which the panels of the crown part are connected to each other not by an existing sewing operation but by an adhesive tape or an adhesive sheet.

Abstract: A free-size hat is capable of fitting wearers having a range of head sizes. The free-size cap including both cap and hat regardless of the fabric can provide a free-size function by accommodating various head sizes of the wearers with slits being formed on the crown and the brim. The structure of the present invention permits either a hat or a cap to be designed which is produced easily, attractive in use or other time by keeping shape, comfortable for the wearer by causing no oppression, and further provides the advantageous feature of multiple size capability.
