    Abstract: An exemplary interference nulling system includes an electromagnetic energy (e.g., RF) based system such as a radar system for transmitting radar signals and receiving return signals reflected from a target, and a nulling device having a surface for diffracting/blocking the transmitted signals to electromagnetically obscure the target. The nulling device is preferably sited between the transmitter and the target in a blanking range of the radar system.
