Abstract: The creation is an adapter device for tandem bicycle. The tandem bicycle consists of the bicycle and the connected bicycle. The adapter device comprises the universal joint and twist apparatus. The universal joint is connected to the scheduled placed of the seat tube, so the reaction force caused by rugged roads can be eliminated by the device when riders make a turn. About the twist apparatus, which links the connected bicycle, the flexible components in the twist apparatus can make the preceding part of bicycle more stable at the start or at low speed in riding, so the bicycle can have good stability and mobility, and is easy to ride.

Abstract: In a method for determining highlight segments of a sport video, the sport video having a plurality of image frames is analyzed to recognize a scoreboard image and a plurality of scoreboard characteristics thereof. The scoreboard image comprises at least one of the scoreboard characteristics. Then, a request message showing at least one recognized scoreboard characteristic is displayed on a user interface to receive a user response, wherein the user response includes a recognized result of one of the scoreboard characteristics. Finally, variations in the recognized scoreboard image among image frames can be monitored according to the user response. Therefore, the highlight segments of the sport video can be determined according to the variations.

Abstract: A quick-mounting arrangement for connecting a first bicycle to a second bicycle. The arrangement includes a pivot holder which is integrally formed with a rear fork of the first bicycle. The arrangement includes a quick-release mechanism which is adapted to secure a front fork of the second bicycle to the pivot holder to form a tandem upon the removal of a front wheel of the second bicycle. The pivot holder includes two parallel lugs. Each of the lugs includes a pivot hole adapted to receive the quick-release mechanism to enable the quick-release mechanism to secure the front fork of the second bicycle to the pivot holder.
