  • Publication number: 20100150656
Abstract: Protective flood barrier system on the base of mobile protective flood barriers is offered. Each of these barriers comprises two or more filled elongate sleeves, a web, connecting theirs web and forming means. Envelops of said sleeves and said web are made from flexible impermeable material. These barriers are convenient for protection of separate houses, the extensive areas, as walls of a water basin. They allow reducing wind-induced waves and can be used for repair of earthen dams. The high-efficiency means accelerating installation of barriers are provided.

  • Publication number: 20080235471
Abstract: A proposed smart batteryless backup device is designed for the reception of data transmitted by controlled equipment, backing up said data in the case of the controlled equipment power failure or in accordance with several program requirements, and also for the subsequent restoration. Proposed device improves trust level of the backup if device is powered by interface signal lines and doesn't have batteries and electrical characteristics of the backup device fluctuating due to humidity and temperature influences as well as during device lifetime.

  • Publication number: 20070270057
Abstract: The present invention proposes to apply against dangerous natural phenomena (mainly hurricane) relocatable water pump stations using wave energy and having two states: operating state (for cold water pumping) and collapsed state (suitable for transportation). In collapsed state these stations have a severe less cross-section at least in one of horizontal directions. Such stations include reconfiguration means for theirs transforming from one said state to the second state and back.

  • Publication number: 20020088364
Abstract: Method of destabilization and destruction of the dangerous atmospherical phenomena related to a rapidly rotating air masses mainly tornado and apparatus for its realization; this method consists in the delivery of normally liquid fuel-air explosive in the preferably chosen areas of this phenomena by pilotless fuel delivery means; the fuel is released, dispersed and mixed up with rotating air masses and through predeterminated time this aerosol cloud blown up, strong shock wave scatters air masses, destroys a uniform rotating flow of air and thus destroys tornado.
