  • Patent number: 12353318
Abstract: Techniques are provided for automatically generating and executing chaos tests for different software applications in a computing environment. A chaos testing data structure can be generated based on an analysis of configuration and/or property files for the software application and/or hosting platform service provider. A pattern and other information from the chaos data structure can be used to determine a topology of the software application and determine defined paths to different identified potential points of failure. One or more components can be selected for the defined paths to the identified potential points of failure. A chaos test template can be selected and automatically populated for each selected component.

  • Publication number: 20250005467
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described in which unstructured computer text is analyzed for extraction of actionable insights in a computing environment. A server executes a machine learning classification model on text messages exchanged between users to classify each text message according to a disposition and a theme. The server analyzes the classified messages to generate candidate work items, each associated with software applications and skills requirements. The server filters the candidate items to remove extraneous items based upon a work item backlog or a prioritization. The server determines team members to assign to each remaining candidate item by comparing the software applications and the skills requirements for the work item to a profile for each team member. The server creates a task for each remaining candidate item, the task including the assigned team members. The server generates a notification for each task for transmission to the assigned team members.

  • Patent number: 11580086
Abstract: The Tactic Tracking, Evaluation and Identification Engine Apparatuses, Methods and Systems (“TTEIE”) transforms subscription request, tick notification request inputs via TTEIE components into subscription response, identified tactic store request, user interface update notification outputs. A subscription request datastructure from a client is obtained. A set of tactic definition datastructures is retrieved. A tick notification comprising tick data for a tick associated with a target is obtained. A contact datastructure corresponding to each retrieved tactic definition datastructure is added to a tracking list of contact datastructures for the target. The tick data for the tick is appended for each contact datastructure in the tracking list. A contact datastructure's time series of ticks is evaluated with regard to the respective contact datastructure's corresponding time series of rules to classify the respective contact datastructure, for each contact datastructure in the tracking list.

  • Patent number: 10628599
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for generating and deploying customized application software containers. Software containers on a first server comprise an application software module and an end-user-specific data set. A second server receives input data from remote computing devices and stores the input data in a master data set. The second server determines end-user-specific data sets from the master data set. The second server encrypts each of the end-user-specific data sets with an encryption key. The second server generates the software containers by executing the application software module in separate processes and storing each of the encrypted data sets in a separate container. Client computing devices authenticate to the second server to access a software container. The client devices decrypt the end-user-specific data set stored in the software container using the encryption key, and use the application software module to interact with the end-user-specific data set.

  • Publication number: 20150317730
Abstract: Methods and systems for configuring a digital trade order ticket to facilitate a computer trade are provided. A request to create a digital trade order ticket is received by a computing device. A template is selected from a plurality of templates in the event that an authentication indicator indicates the request is authenticated. Each template includes a consumer identifier, trade order characteristics that are unique to a user assigned to the consumer identifier, trade order characteristics that are generic to all users, and instructions that are unique to the user. The template that is selected has a consumer identifier that matches the consumer identifier in the request. The digital trade order ticket is displayed to the user based on the template.

  • Publication number: 20140330599
Abstract: There are methods and apparatus, including computer program products, for service improvement techniques for a transportation service provider using mobile devices. In one aspect there is received user-entered data for at least one field present in a provided electronic form. The form includes a link that, when activated, establishes a voice channel between the passenger and a customer representative and provides a unique identifier associated with the user-entered data that enables a customer representative to retrieve the user-entered data. In another aspect, there is a graphical representation that is transmitted to a customer or a driver to facilitate execution of a reservation of a transportation service to be provided to the customer by the driver. In another aspect, there is a location range received from a wireless handheld device associated with a driver and data received from the driver indicative of a more accurate location within the location range.

  • Publication number: 20050216829
Abstract: There are methods and apparatus, including computer program products, for validating wireless content on a system. A first web crawling process is performed to retrieve a first set of content files by identifying a link in a first content file and following the link to a second content file. The content at the second content file is based on the first content file. The retrieved first set of files is analyzed for errors by emulating a first category of wireless devices. A log file including error information and a navigation history is generated. The navigation history includes paths of links traversed during the first web crawling process. A second web crawling process is performed by traversing the path of links defined by the navigation history to retrieve a second set of content files. The second set of files is analyzed for errors by emulating a second category of wireless devices.
