  • Publication number: 20240157956
Abstract: A determination method for a drive force to be requested for a hybrid vehicle, and an apparatus. The determination method comprises the following steps: obtaining a gear state, a current vehicle speed, a current gas pedal degree of engagement, and drive force mapping information of a vehicle, the drive force mapping information indicating a correspondence relationship between vehicle speed, gas pedal degree of engagement, and drive force; if the gear state is such that the vehicle is not in park gear or neutral gear, obtaining a driving mode and altitude data of the vehicle; and if the altitude data is less than a preset altitude, determining a drive force to be requested for the vehicle on the basis of the current vehicle speed, the current gas pedal degree of engagement, the driving mode, and the drive force mapping information.

  • Publication number: 20240096491
Abstract: A computer readable storage medium is provided. When contents of the computer readable storage medium are executed by a processor, multi-photon imaging may be performed on a histopathological section containing tumor environment information, and pathological partitioning of a tumor microenvironment may be further performed through image processing. A value of each collagen feature parameters, such as a morphological feature parameter, an energy feature parameter and a texture feature parameter, may be extracted from a tumor tissue region, an invasive margin (IM) region and a normal tissue (N) region. An inter-region difference and a variation may be calculated according to feature parameters of regions. A collagen feature scoring model may be established. A collagen feature score may be calculated with the collagen feature parameters input to the model.

  • Publication number: 20230270889
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fluorescently-traceable amino acid derivative and a preparation method and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. In the present disclosure, an amino acid skeleton of the amino acid derivative is modified mainly by a fluorescently-traceable functional group. 4-chloro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD-Cl) has low polarity and strong fluorescence, and can be used to modify an N-terminal of the amino acid skeleton to conduct subcellular imaging. Moreover, the NBD-Cl has a relatively small volume, lacks reaction orthogonality, and causes little interference with biochemical reactions of the organism itself. The results of examples show that the fluorescently-traceable amino acid derivative has a desirable biological activity and can be fluorescently traced in vivo and in vitro.

  • Publication number: 20230198615
Abstract: A method for calculating configuration of an optical transmission network includes: acquiring an initial value of an input power of an optical cable; based on the initial value, obtaining an output power of each channel at an end of a section of the optical cable according to a loss of the optical cable; taking the output power of each channel at the end of the section as a boundary condition to calculate the input power of each channel at the section based on an amount of optical power transferred from a high-frequency channel to a low-frequency channel due to an SRS effect; and calculating a first parameter value of an optical amplifier of the section using the input power of each channel at the section and the output power of each channel at the end of a preceding section of the section.
