  • Patent number: 8647145
Abstract: A communication connector for connecting with a communication plug is disclosed. The communication connector includes a base, a set of conductive terminals, a case, and a cover, wherein the set of conductive terminals is situated on the base, and the case is used for accommodating the base and the set of conductive terminals. The case has a first incline with an opening. The cover has a second incline and a notch. The shape of the second incline matches the first incline to allow the cover to move upward or downward relative to the case. The shape of the notch matches the communication plug. When the cover moves upward, the communication plug passes the notch, enters the opening, and electrically connects to the set of conductive terminals.

  • Publication number: 20120050966
Abstract: An electronic device assembly includes an electronic device and a support mechanism. The electronic device has a bottom surface, and at least one positioning groove formed in the bottom surface. The support mechanism includes first and second support members. The first support member has opposite first and second connecting ends. The first connecting end is pivotally connected to the bottom surface, is spaced apart from the positioning groove in a longitudinal direction, and is disposed rearwardly of the positioning groove. The second support member has a third connecting end and an engaging end opposite to the third connecting end. The third connecting end is pivotally connected to the second connecting end. The engaging end is removably engageable to the positioning groove such that the first and second support members are inclined protrudingly relative to the bottom surface in a supporting position when the engaging end is engaged to the positioning groove.

  • Publication number: 20110018816
Abstract: A modular touch control assembly is applicable to an electronic device for generating contact operating signals and a press operating signals. The modular touch control assembly includes a substrate, a touchpad, and at least one elastic member. The touchpad is disposed on the substrate, and is provided to be contacted to generate the contact operating signals. The touchpad is also provided to be pressed and tilted, and detectors such as switches or displacement detectors monitor the touchpad. As the touchpad is tilted, a corresponding press operating signal is generated by the detectors according to the direction that the touchpad is tilted. The elastic member is disposed between the touchpad and the substrate, to be pressed by the tilted touchpad, to generating an elastic force to reset the touchpad to the original position.
