    Abstract: In one aspect, the disclosure relates to unimolecular micelles having N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (NHS), sulfo-NHS terminal groups, or other adhesive terminal groups, compositions including the same, methods of making the same, and methods of treating intimal hyperplasia in a subject using the same. In some aspects, the unimolecular micelles can further include fluorescent labels or drugs for treating intimal hyperplasia. In one aspect, the unimolecular micelles and compositions comprising the same are biocompatible, non-toxic, and non-inflammatory. In another aspect, the unimolecular micelles and compositions are substantially free from hydrogel, or are completely free from hydrogel. In still another aspect, the disclosed compositions and methods can be easily and quickly deployed in the operating room. Also disclosed is a method of applying the unimolecular micelles and compositions via direct penbrush painting.

The computer system may determine whether to enqueue, in a message queue, a message that identifies a set of tasks to be performed in relation to the event. The determination may be based on a response received from a cache that stores a subset of filter rules of a filter rules table. Based on the response indicating a cache miss, the computer system may enqueue the message in the message queue. A process that processes the message may be operable to resolve the cache miss by 1) accessing a filter rule from the filter rules table that indicates whether messages for events of the particular type should be enqueued in the message queue and 2) updating the cache to store the filter rule.

Reduced tumor cell functions or increased immune cell functions in the presence of the therapeutic agents or combination thereof would identify the therapeutic agents or combination thereof for treating the tumor in the patient.

    Abstract: A method of predicting bone fracture risk in a type 2 diabetes (“T2D”) patient includes: obtaining a plurality of averaged glycated hemoglobin (“HbA1c”) values for a plurality of T2D subjects over an observational period; binning the plurality of averaged HbA1c values into two predetermined categories; obtaining a plurality of total fracture incidences for the plurality of T2D subjects over a follow-up period; performing a plurality of linear regression model correlations between the binned HbA1c values and the plurality of total fracture incidences to determine a bone fracture rate prediction model; obtaining a measurement of an HbA1c value of the T2D patient; and analyzing the HbA1c value of the T2D patient with the bone fracture rate prediction model to determine the T2D patient's risk of bone fracture for a future period.
