    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for evaluating edges of collapsed identity graphs for identity resolution. In embodiments described herein, a collapsed state of identity graphs, such as based on an identity namespace limit being exceeded by the identity graphs, is determined by applying an identity node and edge of an incoming record to the identity graphs. A temporary state of the identity graphs is determined by pruning edges of the collapsed state. A non-collapsed state of the identity graphs that includes the edge of the incoming record is determined by applying the edge of the incoming record to the temporary state. A different edge is determined to be pruned from the non-collapsed state as when the different edge is applied to the temporary state with the edge of the incoming record, the temporary state collapses into the collapsed state. An identity graph is updated based on the non-collapsed state.

The realized dataset has a plurality of realized dataset records describing digital content exposure of a realized audience to the targeted content control strategy. A realized set of sketches is generated as probabilistic data structures based on the realized dataset. The targeted set of sketches and the realized set of sketches are then stored in one or more databases in support of one or more operations, execution of which generates a probabilistic result to a query.

    Abstract: In one aspect, the disclosure relates to unimolecular micelles having N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (NHS), sulfo-NHS terminal groups, or other adhesive terminal groups, compositions including the same, methods of making the same, and methods of treating intimal hyperplasia in a subject using the same. In some aspects, the unimolecular micelles can further include fluorescent labels or drugs for treating intimal hyperplasia. In one aspect, the unimolecular micelles and compositions comprising the same are biocompatible, non-toxic, and non-inflammatory. In another aspect, the unimolecular micelles and compositions are substantially free from hydrogel, or are completely free from hydrogel. In still another aspect, the disclosed compositions and methods can be easily and quickly deployed in the operating room. Also disclosed is a method of applying the unimolecular micelles and compositions via direct penbrush painting.

    Abstract: In one aspect, the disclosure relates to nanoclusters comprising cores comprising self-assembled unimolecular nanoparticles and biomimetic membrane coatings surrounding the cores, methods of making the same, and methods of treating and preventing restenosis using same. In one embodiment, the polymers and/or copolymers of the unimolecular nanoparticles can contain a hydrophobic group such as, for example, a phenylboronic ester. In a further embodiment, the biomimetic membrane can localize the nanoclusters at sites of vascular damage, at which time reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the sites of vascular damage cleave the hydrophobic groups from the polymers and/or copolymers, increasing hydrophilicity of the polymers and/or copolymers and allowing for greater tissue penetration of the de-clustered nanoclusters and nanoparticles.

    Abstract: In integrating multiple priors into media mix modeling, a processing device receives multiple priors that each includes contribution share for one or more marketing channels, a time period, and a geographical region. A machine-learning model generates a transferred model for each prior by performing hyperparameter tuning of a base model based on the corresponding contribution share. The processing device uses the transferred models to generate a combined prior that includes a proportional contribution of the multiple priors. The machine-learning model then generates a combined model by performing hyperparameter tuning of the base model using the combined prior. Marketers can utilize the combined model to assess the contribution of different marketing efforts and perform budget planning.
