    Abstract: Provided is the use of an Abelmoschi corolla extract in the preparation of a drug for treating fibrosis, wherein the extract contains at least 15% of gossypetin-3-O-?-D-glucose-8-O-?-D-glucuronide, with same being prepared by means of the following method: taking medicinal materials of Abelmoschi corolla, heating same with ethanol and performing reflux extraction, performing filration, concentrating the filtrate, and carrying out macroporous resin column chromatography, where same is firstly washed with water, then eluting same with 3-7% of ethanol, eluting same with 9-15% of ethanol, and collecting 9-15% of an ethanol eluent in order to obtain the Abelmoschi corolla extract.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a resilient route generation system for reliable communication of a phasor measurement system of a power grid. A named data network is a new network architecture to improve the communication reliability between a phasor measurement unit and a phasor measurement concentrator in power transmission and distribution networks. The lost data packets in a current router can be directly recovered from an upstream router with resilient route, and the optimal RR selection will maximize the success rate of retransmission of lost data packets, thus maximizing the network reliability. The mesh network and ring network structure of the power grid are fully utilized, and a resilient route generation system is provided, wherein the resilient route of each communication pair includes a corresponding primary path and a plurality of redundant sub paths, so that the success rate of retransmission of lost data packets and the network reliability are maximized.

    Abstract: Provided are a cyclic peptide compound simulating a natural product structure- and a method for preparation thereof. The method is: the compound of formula I, a divalent palladium catalyst, and a silver salt undergoing an intramolecular arylation in a solvent under heating and stirring to construct a cyclic peptide, to generate the compound of formula II, in which the arylation sites are diverse, and can be extended to the side chain ?-position methyl or methylene of the majority hydrophobic amino acids to perform intramolecular arylation, thus overcoming the previous defect of the restriction of the types of selectable amino acids, and effectively constructing a novel aromatic ring-supported cyclic peptide compound. The aromatic ring support structure can form a novel 3D structure similar to a natural product, and provide a very favorable support for the subsequent construction of a cyclic peptide molecular library and high-throughput drug screening.

A crudely-purified plant urease solution includes a large amount of irrelevant proteins, which seriously affects the treatment effect of the soil solidification agent, makes it impossible to achieve an expected construction purpose, and also causes serious waste and environmental pollution. In the present invention, a common plant urease extraction method on the market is optimized to significantly reduce a protein concentration in a plant urease solution, greatly improve the infiltration performance of a plant urease-containing soil solidification agent, and broaden an application range of such a soil solidification agent.

The Bias Tee-like circuit obtains the second electrical signal from the LED light source, and transmits the second electrical signal to an adaptive amplification and equalization module. The adaptive equalization module adjusts a gain of the second electrical signal based on an optical power of the first optical signal.
