Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method and apparatus for estimating a bandwidth. A transmitter receives an estimated bandwidth and a packet loss ratio estimation parameter; calculates a packet loss ratio as a function of the packet loss ratio estimation parameter; and determines whether the packet loss ratio is less than a preset packet loss ratio, and determines whether the estimated bandwidth is more than a preset bandwidth and more than a current transmit bandwidth; and if so, then the transmitter determines a bandwidth in a bandwidth interval as a new current transmit bandwidth, where the bandwidth interval is more than a preset multiple of the current transmit bandwidth but no more than the estimated bandwidth, where the preset multiple is more than or equal to 1.08 times.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure disclose a method, an electronic device and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for producing a video highlights. The method for producing a video highlights includes: capturing a viewing response of a user when viewing video, wherein, the viewing response is an indirect user response with respect to user directly-clipped video; obtaining a video segment corresponding to the viewing response; and producing a first video highlights document based on the video segment. In addition, the method may further include: setting at least one video interval in the video; when the video segment overlaps a video interval of the at least one video interval, increasing a score of the video interval; and producing a second video highlights document based on the score and the at least one video interval.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method and apparatus for notifying a mobile terminal of unread information, and relate to the field of mobile communications, where the method includes: receiving, by a server, the unread information reported by the mobile terminal; determining, by the server, a display terminal bound with the mobile terminal according to a binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the display terminal; and pushing, by the server, the unread information reported by the mobile terminal, to the display terminal bound with the mobile terminal upon determining that the display terminal has been powered on, so that a user watching TV can be notified in a timely manner of the unread information, so as to address the problem in the prior art the user watching TV can not be notified in a timely manner of the unread information in the mobile terminal.
