    Abstract: A method and system of predicting drug-drug interactions (DDIs) may include receiving: (a) a DDI data structure, representing known DDIs between baseline drugs, (b) a plurality of baseline drug data elements, comprising line-notation descriptions of chemical structure of corresponding baseline drugs, and (c) a substance data element, comprising a line-notation description of a chemical structure of a substance of interest. Embodiments may calculate one or more similarity metric values, representing structural similarity between the substance of interest and specific baseline drugs, and select a subset of the baseline drugs based on the one or more similarity metric values. Embodiments may subsequently predict DDI between the substance of interest and a target baseline drug, based on (i) the selected subset of baseline drugs and (ii) the DDI data structure.

The relevant Markov Chains models are selected according to the sampled context and the initial state of the sequence is randomly selected according to the distribution of states. A random walk process is initialized on the graph models and the random walk is performed process on each context separately, assuming context independency.     Abstract: Providing distanced audio from a remote location using mobile devices, which a change in the orientation of a destination mobile device to a pointing orientation, aimed to an object of interest, is detected using an exploration application that is installed in advance on the mobile device. The azimuth to which the mobile device is currently pointing is calculated and all point and/or of objects of interest which are within a predetermined range from the pointing device, are detected. Then the exploration application automatically connects to a remote server which continuously collects the current location information of any user of a mobile device and maps its location with respect to stationary object or points of interests, or to moving objects. The server provides via the application, one or more audio alerts to the user of the destination device that one or more object or points of interest are in range.

The user wears sound isolating headphones connected to his mobile device. A mobile application is installed on the mobile device, and is automatically activated when the headphones are connected to his mobile device. The application is adapted to automatically activate the device's microphone when the isolating headphones are plugged into the device and periodically compare in real-time, sounds received from the environment, to a predefined collection of reference sounds. Sounds of the environment, which match one or more reference sounds from the collection are selectively filtered out and as long as the sounds received from the environment match the one or more reference sounds from the collection, the filtered sounds are continuously passed to the isolating headphones.
