  • Patent number: 11031346
Abstract: An advanced security method for verifying that integrated circuit patterns being processed into one or more layers provided to a wafer are trusted patterns and that the wafer being used during processing is a trusted wafer is provided. The method includes separate steps of pattern verification and wafer verification. Notably, the method includes first verifying that a pattern printed on a wafer matches a pattern of a trusted reference. Next, a peak and valley profile present at a specific location on a backside surface of the wafer is measured. The method further includes second verify that the measured peak and valley profile matches an original peak and valley profile measured at the same location on the backside surface of the wafer.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20190012698
Abstract: Customers are able to create campaigns that consist of either polls, ads, or coupons and will receive direct feedback from the consumer(s) they inquire with. Campaigns are delivered by a software platform where the campaign is delivered to participating consumers without the consumers having to physically travel somewhere. Consumers will receive push notifications on their smartphones through a mobile app letting them know that they have an inquiry. The consumers will then read the poll/ad/coupon, provide their feedback, and get paid. Feedback is provided in a couple different ways, depending on the type of campaign. In polls and ads, feedback comes in the form of a choice of either yes or no answers or an answer from a multiple choice question. With coupons, members provide their feedback by choosing to either save the coupon to their coupon wallet in the mobile app, or discard it if they are not interested.

  • Publication number: 20180146009
Abstract: A computer network security system is provided. The system offers a last line of defense against malicious software through a novel software adapted to detect and deploy defensive action against the presence of malicious activity in a shared file environment. The novel software allows the administrator to create random honeypot files of known parameters that can be stored in vulnerable folders in a user-friendly manner. The novel software constantly monitors those files. If the novel software detects any unwanted action on the monitored honeypot files, through detection of a change in the known parameters, the present invention deploys defensive actions to protect the server including establishing fire walls and cessation of file sharing. Once defensive actions have been taken, the software reports all active sessions and open files as of the time of detection.
