  • Publication number: 20230374776
Abstract: A system for assembling prefabricated walls, said system comprising: at least one prefabricated wall having an anchor pathway extending therethrough along a height thereof and between a bottom opening and a top opening; a first anchoring element; a second anchoring element configured to be coupled to the first anchoring element, and to be slidingly received and extend along within the anchor pathway; and a coupler configured to couple the second anchoring element to the first anchoring element, said bottom opening being configured for slidably receiving the first anchoring element, the coupler and at least a first end of the second anchoring element coupled to the first anchoring element.

  • Publication number: 20230212870
Abstract: A modular construction system comprising: a first prefabricated building component including: a first plurality of support members extending parallel to each other in a first direction; and a first lateral force collector configured to transfer lateral forces; a second prefabricated building component including: a second plurality of support members extending parallel to each other in a second direction; and a second lateral force collector configured to transfer the lateral forces; and a connector extending between the first lateral force collector and the second lateral force collector configured to transfer the lateral forces therebetween.

  • Patent number: 9185054
Abstract: A system and method for providing a middleware machine or similar platform. In accordance with an embodiment the system (referred to herein in some implementations as “Exalogic”) comprises a combination of high performance hardware, together with an application server or middleware environment, to provide a complete Java EE application server complex which includes a massively parallel in-memory grid, can be provisioned quickly, and can scale on demand. In accordance with an embodiment, the system can be deployed as a full, half, or quarter rack, or other configuration, that provides an application server grid, storage area network, and InfiniBand network, which support the execution of an application server, middleware or other functionality such as, for example, WebLogic Server, JRockit or Hotspot JVM, Oracle Linux or Solaris, and Oracle VM. Additional features of the system can include, e.g. Zero Buffer Copies, Scatter/Gather I/O, T3 Connections, and Lazy Deserialization.

  • Publication number: 20050043161
Abstract: The present invention provides for a tubular member having a sidewall. The sidewall is arranged in a tubular configuration where an attachment lip and an attachment overlap are substantially aligned. A seal is formed between the attachment lip using an adhesive, and elastically loaded arm, and/or a mechanical fastener instead of a weld to form a closed, tubular member.
