Abstract: There is provided a removable casing for an electronic device, the casing including: a battery for powering the electronic device; a cavity for receiving the electronic device; a pivoting connector extending from the cavity, for interconnecting the electronic device to the battery; the pivoting connector configured to pivot between: a first position in which the connector extends at an angle relative to a rear surface of the casing, thereby allowing the electronic device to be connected to or disconnected from the connector when the electronic device is oriented at said angle to the back surface of the casing; a second position in which the connector is substantially parallel to the rear surface and allowing the electronic device, when connected to the connector, to be substantially parallel to the back surface and received within the cavity. The removable casing may have antimicrobial agents, wireless communication devices, or UV resistant coatings.

Abstract: A wafer supporting plate suitable for supporting a wafer during a semiconductor-forming process. In particular, the present invention relates to a wafer supporting plate capable of sensing the positioning condition of the wafer on the supporting plate during a heat treatment or other semiconductor-forming processes for detecting whether the wafer is being positioned normally on the supporting plate. The wafer supporting plate comprises a supporting plate body, at least three supporting props disposed on the supporting plate body for receiving and supporting a wafer, at least three sensing devices each disposed besides the supporting props and within the range encircled by the supporting props on the supporting plate body respectively.

Abstract: A track coater unit cup set for using in a wafer spin coating process comprises a hollow concave circular base cup, a hollow convex circular inner cup, and a hollow convex circular outer cup. The base cup has an inner circular groove with an inner groove wall and an eccentric outer circular groove with an outer circular groove wall. The inner cup capable of resting upon the base cup by engaging a downward protruding ring with the inner groove wall of the base cup on a meshing interface in between. The outer cup for shielding above top of the inner cup and capable of resting upon the base cup has a central top opening and a ring of inward tip extruding downward from an edge of the outer cup for forming the top opening. A stall-flow region is defined between the inward tip and adjacent insides of the outer cup. The meshing interface further includes at least a set of anchoring means for avoiding relative slipping between the base cup and the inner cup.
