Abstract: A high volume manufacturing (HVM) and circuit marginality validation (CMV) test for an integrated circuit (IC) is disclosed. The IC comprises a port binding and bubble logic in the front end to provide flexibility in binding a port to the uop and to create empty spaces (bubbles) in the uop flow. The out-of-order (OOO) cluster of the IC comprises reservation disable logic to control the flow sequence of the uops and stop schedule logic to temporarily stop dispatching the uops from the OOO cluster to the execution (EXE) cluster. The EXE cluster of the IC comprises signal event uops to generate fault information and fused uJump uops to specify combination of branch prediction, direction, and resolution in any portion of the test. Such features provide a tester the flexibility to perform HVM and CMV testing of the OOO and EXE clusters of the IC.

Abstract: In particular embodiments, customized content is determined and provided to a user based on a unique identifier stored on a memory device. In one embodiment, a method of delivering content can include: accessing a unique identifier from a memory device that is removably coupled to a computing device, where the memory device includes the unique identifier and preloaded content; using the unique identifier to determine personalized information about a user of the memory device; authenticating the memory device by using the unique identifier from the memory device; determining customized content for the user if the memory device is authenticated, where the customized content is based on the unique identifier; and providing the customized content for presentation to the user along with the preloaded content and the personalized information.

Abstract: A portable backrest device used by a hunter for outdoor activities comprises a flat backing plate fabricated out of a rigid material and being of a generally inverted U-shaped configuration having a domed top edge, a straight bottom edge wider than the domed top edge and a pair of integrated flat short legs. Each integrated flat short leg extends downwardly from a corner of the straight bottom edge of the flat backing plate. A padded cushion is secured to the flat backing plate. When the flat short legs make contact with the ground, the flat short legs will stabilize the flat backing plate with the padded cushion when placed against an object on the ground, thereby allowing the hunter to sit comfortably on the ground against the padded cushion. A cutout handle is utilized for easy transportation.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for receiving operational data and displaying summaries of processes for an industrial system includes a block object to define blocks for defining aspects of variables related to the operational data as well as a display client for using the blocks to provide useful and concise summaries of the processes.
