    Abstract: An interactive promotion platform for supplying a call center agent with promotional incentive information to provide to a customer. The interactive promotion platform includes a promotion database having a promotional incentive index into which a promoting entity inputs one or more promotional incentives for inclusion in the promotional incentive index. A promotion allocation dashboard displays to an allocator the promotional incentive index and enables the allocator to designate at least one promotional incentive from in the promotional incentive index and allocate the designated promotional incentive to one or more call center agents. A computer network including a network link connects the call center agent to the interactive promotion platform and provides substantially real time updated information on the designated promotional incentive to the call center agent.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method of giving a gift instrument having a value to a recipient. The method comprises (a) ordering the gift instrument from a central processing facility, (b) delivering the gift instrument to the recipient, (c) receiving the gift instrument by the recipient, (d) redeeming the gift instrument by selecting goods or services from a redemption facility, where the goods or services have a value corresponding to the value of the gift instrument, and (e) providing the goods or services to the recipient. The step of ordering the gift instrument may include accessing an Internet web page associated with the central processing facility. The step of delivering the gift instrument may include sending an electronic text message to the recipient's text-compatible cell phone.

    Abstract: A method for extending consumer credit comprises identifying a consumer having a first line of credit and extending a second line of credit restricted for use with a designated merchant or merchant association under a consumer's account. In some embodiments, a risk abatement account is funded to pay uncollectible receivables of the credit provider created by the second line of credit. Other embodiments include incentives for one or both of use and timely payment(s) against the second line of credit. A system comprises a network, a management engine and an interface. The management engine associates a first line of credit and a second line of credit with a consumer account. The second line of credit is restricted to use with a designated merchant or association. When a consumer makes a purchase from the designated merchant(s), the management engine records the purchase transaction on the consumer's second line of credit.
