Abstract: A nail track and nail output head arrangement which includes a nail track having a longitudinal nail guide wall, the nail guide wall having a side lug and a flanged to notch, and a nail output head having an integral mounting plate at an inner side and defining a substantially U-shaped nail output port, the mounting plate having two parallel lugs perpendicularly disposed adjacent to one end of the U-shaped nail output port and bilaterally pivoted to the lug of the nail track, an upright locating plate surrounded by the U-shaped nail output port and forced into engagement with the notch of the nail track, and a nail guide plate perpendicularly disposed adjacent to an opposite end of the U-shaped nail output port.

Abstract: The improved trigger structure for nailing guns includes a substantially C-shaped pin having a longer arm and a shorter arm; a trigger having two upright side plates each of which has a first lug with a pivot hole at a top end thereof for pivotally connecting the trigger to a gun body and a second lug with a pivot hole at a bottom end thereof for receiving the longer arm of the pin, and a trigger element having an upright plate body with two opposite lugs. Each side plate has a first curved indentation at a suitable position between the first lug and the second lug for mounting the shorter arm of the pin. A second curved indentation is provided at a bottom edge of each of said side plates for receiving and hence positioning the shorter arm of the pin.

Abstract: An improved mounting structure for staple guns includes a plastic sleeve fitted around a cylinder of the staple gun for dividing an air chamber into an upper air chamber and a lower chamber. The plastic sleeve is comprised of a metal plate and a plastic body and may be fitted between two raised rings on the cylinder. Due to the plasticity of the plastic sleeve, the plastic sleeve may firmly adhere to the inner wall of the air chamber and the cylinder may be firmly positioned therein.
