An association between the name identifier and a corresponding owner account is stored in a blockchain using a first blockchain smart contract. An association between the name identifier and a corresponding second blockchain smart contract is stored in the blockchain using the first blockchain smart contract. An association between the name identifier and the target record of the specified type is stored in the blockchain using the corresponding second blockchain smart contract. The corresponding second blockchain smart contract is capable of storing a plurality of different target records of different types for the same name identifier.

Abstract: A request is received to perform an action for a domain of a name service, wherein the name service is implemented using at least a first blockchain network and a second blockchain network different from the first blockchain network. A determination is made whether the domain is managed on the first blockchain network or the second blockchain network including by using a domain registry of the second blockchain network. The action for the domain is caused to be performed based on the determination of whether the domain is currently managed on the first blockchain network or the second blockchain network.

The system verifies a non-fungible token of a first blockchain is owned by a user. The non-fungible token is indicated by the user for access to an application associated with a second blockchain. Information for the second blockchain is retrieved from information for different blockchains associated with the non-fungible token. A blockchain address of the second blockchain is verified as being associated with the user based on the information for the second blockchain to grant access to the application. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and computer program product for granting access to applications associated with different blockchains in substantially the same manner described above.

Abstract: According to a present invention embodiment, a system for accessing data on a blockchain comprises one or more memories and at least one processor coupled to the one or more memories. The system accesses one or more data sources to retrieve one or more data elements satisfying a data request from an entity. The one or more data elements include at least one blockchain data element retrieved from a corresponding blockchain. Verification information is produced for each blockchain data element that is used to validate the blockchain data element against values derived from data of a block of the corresponding blockchain containing the blockchain data element. The one or more data elements and the verification information for each blockchain data element are sent to the entity.
