Abstract: A robotic gripper is capable of withstanding the high temperatures of processes such as metal additive manufacturing. One or more of the fingers of the gripper include a casted ceramic insulator with a steel finger backing. Industrial thermocouples may attach to a finger for active temperature monitoring. An exemplary robotic gripper is adaptive, usable on a collaborative robot, and temperature resistant to over 1000° C. without introducing costly augmentations such as liquid cooling.

Each shoulder strap leveling structure is coupled with a corresponding shoulder strap and includes a slip lock member disposed along a portion of the corresponding shoulder strap, and a bulk strap including a first end coupled with the rear side of the backpack and a second free end that is moved through a slot of the slip lock member. Each bulk strap also includes a plurality of markings arranged along a length dimension of the bulk strap that are visible through a window of the slip lock member.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine-readable media are provided for processing items within an automated storage and retrieval device. A scanned machine-readable identifier associated with an item is received at an automated storage and retrieval device. A determination is made whether the machine-readable identifier that was scanned is a container identification (ID). The machine-readable identifier is identified based on pre-defined criteria when the machine-readable identifier is determined not to be a container ID. The machine-readable identifier is mapped to an existing order using stored order information. A container ID is created by the fulfillment system and passed back to the automated storage and retrieval device. The item is stored in the automated storage and retrieval device using the created container ID.

The proposed systems are capable of controlling a fascia lamp assembly to reveal the lamp assembly within the vehicle fascia and then produce various lighting effects based on sensed vehicle conditions. Exemplary fascia lamp assemblies may include a conductive lens that can be charged in order to reveal the lamp assembly within the vehicle fascia.
