The system obtains a vision parameter associated with a viewer and/or content to be displayed. The system receives an image for display to the viewer and modifies the image according to the vision parameter to generate a modified vision corrected image. The system renders the modified region on a rear display while rendering a selective barrier on a front barrier display to direct a vision corrected image to a viewer according to the vision parameter.
