The first end section includes a first opening exposing the first connection portion, and the second end portion includes a second opening exposing the second connection portion. The body further includes a conductor routing system having at least one conductor routing member configured and disposed to restrain and guide a conductor member across the at least one terminal conductor.

A method of cooling an electric machine includes providing coolant access to embedded conductor end turn portions of a stator having circumferentially spaced slot positions by radially spreading exterior conductor portions exiting populated ones of the slot positions.
