  • Publication number: 20210133263
Abstract: Systems and methods for an improved Internet search engine are provided. According to one embodiment, a search request includes (i) one or more initial constraints to constrain a search of real-time Internet content to a domain name space and (ii) one or more user-specified search terms or phrases. A subset of potential outcomes is provided as feedback to a user by generating a search query to be applied to the content within the domain name space by: (i) identifying company records matching the initial constraint(s) and satisfying one or more sampling criteria by searching a company database; and (ii) incorporating into the search query: (a) domain names of matching company records; and (b) the user-specified search terms or phrases. The subset of potential outcomes are then displayed to the user by performing a limited search of the real-time Internet content based on the structured search query.

  • Patent number: 10891341
Abstract: Systems and methods for an improved Internet search engine are provided. According to one embodiment, a search request is received from an end user via a browser based interface. The search request includes (i) initial constraint(s) to be used by the Internet search engine to constrain a search of real-time Internet content and (ii) user-specified search terms. A structured search query is generated based on company records of a company database matching the initial constraint(s). The search of real-time Internet content is performed and search results are returned by, for each web site domain specified in the structured search query, applying the search term(s) to a predetermined number of web pages for the domain. The search results, including a list of companies associated with the search results, is locally stored and presented to the end user. Interactive filtering and/or ranking of the locally stored search results is then facilitated.

  • Patent number: 10713596
Abstract: Embodiments are described for transforming data relatively homogeneous data segments for training or otherwise configuring automated modeling systems. For example, a computing system selects, from standardized data, geographic data objects associated with a completed transaction value greater than the threshold number. The computing system clusters these geographic data objects and combines completed transactions associated with the selected geographic data objects into segments. The computing system performs a similarity analysis for pairs of the geographic data objects by comparing numerically valued attributes of the geographic data objects. The computing system also selects, from the standardized data, remaining completed transactions that are not grouped into segments and combines, based on the similarity analysis and the threshold number, these property transactions into segments such that each completed transaction has been assigned to one or more of the relatively homogeneous segments.

  • Patent number: 8725857
Abstract: A system has a network and a data source communicatively coupled to the network. Further, the system has logic configured to discover the data source available on the network and store metadata indicative of the discovered data source in memory, the logic further configured to generate a release parcel, in response to a user input, for performing operations on the data source, the logic further configured to deploy the release parcel to a dynamic query service computing device wherein operations on the data source can be performed through the release parcel.

  • Publication number: 20090234860
Abstract: A system of the present disclosure has a first computing device storing an external data source in memory. Further, the system has logic that retrieves data indicative of services and/or objects related to the external data source and generates data identifying the location of the services and/or objects and how the services and/or objects behave. The logic further generates logic for connecting to the services and/or objects.

  • Publication number: 20080288312
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating segments of real property transactions by clustering base geographic units are provided. According to one embodiment, information regarding real property transactions is received, each transactions corresponds to a base geographic unit based on a physical location of a real property associated with the transaction at issue. For each value of a clustering function represented within the real property transactions, relatively homogeneous segments of transactions are built by aggregating transactions of the base geographic units into clusters based on a predetermined similarity function evaluating corresponding numerically valued attributes associated with the base geographic units until each segment has a sufficient number of transactions to provide desired accuracy, reliability or usefulness in the context of desired numerical modeling or analysis and all real property transactions have been assigned to a segment.

  • Patent number: 5332973
Abstract: Built-in current mode quiescent current monitoring circuitry is provided for measuring a circuit's or a subcircuit's quiescent current. Anomalously high quiescent current (Iddq) generally results as a consequence of a manufacturing defect. These defects include those not detected by tests generated using traditional fault models. The technique provided here is based upon generating a proportionally matched current to the circuit under test current by a control loop. The proportionally matched current is then sent to a comparator where it is compared to a reference current, the reference current representing an acceptable quiescent current level. The output of the comparator then indicates whether the quiescent current is above or below the reference current.
